Target is the eighth-largest retailer in the United States.  Through my affiliation with Support.com, Target contracted me to design their new self-support site for customers to troubleshoot their electronic devices and small appliance purchases online.  It was important to follow Target's brand guidelines but also give this new site its own unique flare, while still being easy to use.
